After months of planning, your wedding day should be all about joy and celebration—not the details. My job is to make sure everything goes according to plan, so you can focus on being present and making memories. From managing vendors to coordinating your timeline, I’ve got you covered.
We’ll meet a month before your wedding to talk through all the details and make sure everything is taken care of.
From there, I’ll create your wedding timeline and we’ll collaborate on the final details.
Day-of coordination package includes:
- Consultation meeting
- Full rehearsal facilitation
- Complete timeline management
- Vendor communication and coordination
- Ceremony and reception facilitation (up to 10 hours)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the spot

As a marketing project manager by day, I live in the details and thrive in keeping things on track. My approach to wedding coordination is to take every detail of your wedding and make sure it’s executed properly, while you focus on love, joy, and laughing with your gals.

My husband and I had the privilege of working with Lindsay. She was very professional, focused, detail oriented, and was extremely patient with us while developing our wedding day schedule. All day long, she was there with us making sure everything was ready to go and everyone was on task. I HIGHLY recommend Lindsay as a Day of Coordinator! She is friendly, professional, incredibly detail oriented, able to pivot as plans change, and did exactly what we needed from start to finish on the wedding day. We met for coffee 3 weeks prior to the wedding to discuss wedding details. 2 weeks before the wedding she provided us with a day of timeline and templates to fill out (contact info etc) for the vendor and volunteer roles. I kept her updated by email/ text as the details came together leading up to the wedding. She coordinated the wedding rehearsal to ensure everyone knew the flow of the wedding, where to be/when/timing, it was so helpful.
On the wedding day, she had all the plans in hand and I was able to sit back, relax and enjoy my day without anyone asking me questions, because it was all in the plan, and Lindsay was the go-to person for all vendors and volunteers! She checked in a few times during the day to ensure that we were where we needed to be according to the timeline, which was great! I was absolutely thrilled that all I had to do was show up and everything looked stunning and done, and so much of it was due to her coordination. She handled the pressure of the day like a pro, and knowing everything that goes into a wedding day, for it to go off without a hitch was incredible! I highly recommend her.
